  • Proficiency Testing - Sept. 2nd and 3rd, 2025
  • Students should plan to attend both days of proficiency testing to ensure we get to see and grade all of their proficiency testing material.

  • Students should plan to attend both days days of belt rank testing to ensure we get to see and grade all of their belt rank testing material.

  • Sparring
  • Rising Starz will be graded on sparring drills and no contact sparring
  • White - Orange Belts will be graded on sparring drills and no contact sparring
  • Yellow - Black Belts will be graded on contact sparring

WHEN WILL SELF-DEFENSE TECHNIQUES BE GRADED

  • Self-Defense
  • Self-defense techniques will not be graded for this testing but we will continue to learn and practice them.

  • If your child passed their proficiency testing you will see their name listed below. If your child's name is listed below, they have permission to attend belt rank testing on Sept. 15th and 16th.


Have your child practice at home the material required for belt rank testing. Please see belt rank testing emails for a list of those requirements
